IMPORTANT: Enrollment Changes

NEW CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT!

ENROLLMENT IS NOW OPEN!

We are now registering students with continuous enrollment. This means you are not limited to signing up for a specific session. Now you don’t have to try to keep track of when a session begins and ends! We’ve simplified the process so that you can enroll at any time with a simple monthly tuition payment. Classes fill on a first to sign up basis.

We highly encourage you to enroll online. You may also stop by during office hours, or call us at 740-549-3547.

Enrollment & Payment Policy
**THIS POLICY BEGINS WITH CLASSES AUGUST 8, 2016**
A valid credit card is required for registration. Your credit card is charged after your online enrollment is reviewed by our staff, or immediately when enrolling over the phone or in person. A $50 annual family membership fee will be charged to new members and to previous members if the annual fee has expired. This fee will be added to your tuition once a year. Pro-rated fees and sibling or multiple class discounts will be applied before your card is charged. If you are enrolling with a special offer, discount, or coupon, please make a note in the Comments section with the details when enrolling online, or mention to the office staff when enrolling over the phone or in person.

Your credit card will be charged initially upon enrollment (once reviewed for any adjustments), and then on the 1st business day of the month thereafter. If you wish to use another form of payment, your payment must be received before the 1st business day of the month to avoid the auto-pay process. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, checks and cash.

Your child is continuously enrolled in class and your account will be charged a monthly tuition. If you would like to suspend your enrollment, please fill out a form with the office by the 15th of the month to avoid being charged for the following month’s tuition. If you do not complete this form by the 15th, your child will remain enrolled and tuition fees will not be refunded.

If your credit card declines, you will be charged a $20 late fee when your account is not paid in full by the 10th of each month. Any student with an account that is past due by the 15th of the month will be dropped from class. You will also be charged for tuition fees incurred up to that date along with the late fee. Once a student is dropped from class, other students on the waiting list will be called to fill the spot.

You may transfer to another class day and time based on availability. Gym X-Treme reserves the right to add, cancel, or modify classes.

Please note a few other changes:
The Annual Family Membership Fee is $50. (No additional charge for siblings.)
The Boys class is now a 55 minute class (previously 40 minutes).
Super Star classes have been added for 5 & 6 year old advanced students (55 minute classes).
